I ordered replacement spool and assembly for my green Works string trimmer STG307 about six weeks ago I believe. I have yet to receive my order. Please check your records and get back to me with what you find.
Hi Gary, we’re very sorry that you have been waiting approximately six weeks without receiving your replacement spool and assembly. We understand how frustrating it is to place an order for a needed part and still be left waiting without an update.
We have reached out to you directly by email to request the order information needed to locate the purchase and review its current status. For your privacy, please reply to that email with the requested details rather than posting them publicly. Once received, our team will investigate further and follow up with the available next steps.
You may also contact Greenworks Customer Care at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or through Live Chat at GreenworksTools.com.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to look into it for you.
